Application Instructions and Timetable
Federal Income Tax Return - by March 15.
Complete this form first. Send a signed copy of your 2012 Federal Income Tax Return, including all schedules and copies of your W-2s to School and Student Services (SSS) along with your PFS application (see #2 below). While we recognize that supplying income tax information in advance of IRS deadlines presents a challendge for some families, this information is essential to our financial aid awarding process.
Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) - by March 15.
This form is easier to complete if you have your completed income tax return. Send the original PFS and a copy of your 2012 Federal Income Tax Return to the ‘School and Student Service for Financial Aid’ at SSS, PO Box 449 Randolph, MA 02368-0449. Be sure to answer all questions and supply explanations where requested on the form. Missing answers or explanations will delay your application. It is best to complete your PFS on-line because it automatically edits your PFS as you go. (See www.sss.nais.org)
