Visit Buckingham Friends School
Visit Our Woodland Campus
The best way to experience our school is to see it in action during a busy day. You’ll find middle school students playing with younger friends, kids constructing log houses, and pals gathering acorns for imaginary food in the Native American lean-to. Our playgrounds combine traditional ball game areas with exploratory and imaginative play spaces.
You’re likely to find classrooms that are a buzz of activity rather than rows of children seated quietly at desks. Why? Because they’re working together in project-based learning, discussing and guiding each other in problem solving and exploring solutions to a challenging question.
To schedule a visit, please call the Director of Admissions, Melissa Clayton at 215-794-7491 Ext. 132 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and she’ll be happy to arrange a date and time to give you a tour.
BFS hosts fall, winter, and spring Open House events. During the Open House program, you’ll tour campus with our 7th grade student tour guides, meet teachers, interact with current parents, and learn what makes a BFS education much more than simply academics. You’ll hear about our teaching philosophy and the values of Quaker tradition that we hold dear. We conclude with a question and answer session.
