The Annual Auction is Buckingham Friends School’s biggest fundraising event of the year—an evening that brings our community together to celebrate, connect, and invest in our collective success. All proceeds directly support the School’s financial aid program, enriching every student’s BFS experience and sustaining the excellence that defines our community.

 

The excitement begins on Monday, April 6, when the item preview goes live. Silent Auction bidding opens online the next day at noon, with special pop-up items available in the days leading up to the main event—a festive night of music and fun on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. This year’s celebration will be held at the beautiful Aldie Mansion in Doylestown, PA.

 

Join us to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and bid on amazing prizes—all while supporting our students and honoring a cherished BFS tradition in our 231st year as a community.

 

The Auction Committee warmly invites every member of the BFS family to take part and help make this year’s event a resounding success!

Attend: Join us for an unforgettable evening while supporting our school community. Tickets will go on sale after the new year.

 

Donate: Not sure what to contribute? Get creative! Past donations have included restaurant gift cards, themed baskets, homemade treats, catered meals, or offers of time and talent—like yard work, spring cleaning, or crafting lessons. The sky’s the limit! Every unique contribution helps make the event special. Contact an Auction Committee member for ideas or guidance.
